Friday 5ive!

For this weeks Friday Five I have been thinking a lot about motivation to go the gym or committing to a healthier lifestyle and actually staying motivated.  Many people who started a new fitness regime or started a healthier lifestyle in January might be starting to lose motivation around now and it can be difficult to keep going sometimes.  I find these quotes really inspiring and helpful if I am ever struggling or need a bit of a boost.
